Description
Spot the difference! A pair of almost-matching 19th century Arras chairs.
Almost everything about these elegant Arras chairs is identical - until you look closely at the backs...One has a rounded inner frame and the other has a straight one - but this is mere detail as they make a lovely pair!
The chairs are made from half rounded steel tubing and have the claw feet typical of Arras from this period. The seats have an attractive pattern stamped out on sheet metal, and the chairs have a pretty chalk-like finish. You can also clearly see the maker's mark.
The chairs would make a lovely companionable duo in a garden room or conservatory.
