Rare English Urns

A gorgeous pair of Handyside Foundry cast iron urns on pedestals from the 2nd half 19th century. Each has very rare brass makers plaque inscribed A Handyside & Co. Ltd. London & Derby. The urns have had all loose and flaking paint removed which has revealed a stunning gunmetal like patina with traces of the original paint. They are very decorative in their own right and as such, they could be used intrestingly inside the home or as originally intended in the garden.
