Faux Bamboo Dining Set
Description
We bought this lovely faux bamboo garden dining set from auction in the UK because of the quality and weight of the casting which you don't find in modern aluminium furniture today.
Dating from the 1960s it was in original condition but needed some attention to restore it back to its former glory. We took it apart into around 100 pieces and carried out all the repairs required prior to having is sandblasted and powder coated. We then put it back together using new stainless steel nuts and bolts.
The result is a really lovely ten seat dining set consisting of 8 chairs and 2 armchairs and a pair chinoiserie style tables of rectangular form with pierced tops. A perfect set for a big family BBQ or an outdoor dinner party.
