You can order online via the website in the UK. We use a highly secure payment gateway which accepts most credit and debit cards.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the world and can provide you with a quotation on request which will include packing, crating, insurance and delivery by road, air or sea.
Can I order internationally?
If you are an international customer, we will send you an invoice which has an embedded link to pay by credit or debit card and includes our bank details to make a direct transfer. We can also take payment over the phone.

No, you can contact us directly and we will send you an invoice which has an embedded link to pay by credit or debit card and includes our bank details should you wish to a direct transfer. We can also take payment over the phone.

How are items shipped?
We see the safe and secure delivery of every purchase as a key part of our service. We deliver in the UK and internationally and only use couriers and shipping companies who are skilled in handling antiques.
How much does shipping cost?
The exact cost depends on the size and weight of the product. In the UK the delivery cost of smaller items is calculated at check out. Larger items and international orders are quoted for on a product-by-product basis.
Are my items insured during shipping?
All items are fully insured until they are safely delivered, this applies to U.K and international shipments.
Can I return my order?
If your item is not what you expected, doesn’t work in your space, or you simply don’t like it, we will arrange for it to be returned to us and issue you with a refund. It’s as simple as that, no hassle, no fuss, no risk. You should inform us within 48 hours of delivery if you wish to return an item.
How much do returns cost?
Returned items must be immediately available for us to collect and be in the same condition as they left us. The cost to return will be equal to the original delivery cost and will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original delivery cost.
How long do refunds take?
Once we have received your returned item and checked its condition, we will process your refund immediately. Please note refunds can take 3-5 working days to appear on you bank statement.
Can you send items for me to view before purchasing?
Yes, we are happy to send items to you on approval in the UK for up to 2 working days. Delivery and collection (if you decide not to purchase) are chargeable. We will provide you with the cost in advance depending on your location.
Can I reserve an item?
Yes, we understand that you may want to take some time to decide whether to purchase or not and interior designers may well wish to present an item to their clients for approval. We are therefore happy to reserve items for up to 5 working days on request.
